Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Capt. Bo White Fishing (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use this website or contact us about a fishing trip, and how we use it.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit the trip-request form or contact us directly, that may include your name, phone number, email address, preferred dates, party size, and any notes you send. We don’t require you to create an account, and we don’t collect sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, plan and confirm your trip, and follow up about your booking. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
How your message reaches us
The trip-request form opens your own email application (or sends your details to us by email) so that Capt. Bo can reply directly. Your message is handled by our email provider for the purpose of communicating with you.
Analytics & cookies
This is a fast, static website. We may use a privacy-first analytics tool (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand general, aggregated traffic — for example, how many people visited a page. This does not use cookies to track you across sites and does not identify you personally.
Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party services (for example, a phone dialer, email, or a maps/directions link). Those services have their own privacy practices, and we aren’t responsible for them.
Children
This site is intended for adults booking trips (families are welcome on the water!). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.
Your choices
You can request that we update or delete the contact information you’ve shared with us at any time — just reach out using the details below.
